1. Shipping Regions
We currently offer shipping services to most countries and regions around the world. Please note that due to customs regulations and logistics restrictions, some remote areas may not be covered, or additional shipping fees may apply. You can enter your shipping address during checkout to confirm whether your region is eligible for delivery.
2. Delivery Time
Our delivery time consists of two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time, and it may vary slightly due to peak seasons (such as holidays, sales events) or customs clearance delays.
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days. After you place an order, we will carefully inspect, pack, and prepare your items for shipment. For customized or pre-ordered clothing, the processing time will be 3-7 business days, and we will clearly mark the estimated processing time on the product page.
- Shipping Time: - Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days (for most countries/regions) - Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (available for selected regions, with additional fees applied)
Note: Delivery time does not include weekends and public holidays, and customs clearance time is not within our control. If there is any delay in customs clearance, we will contact you in a timely manner and assist you in handling it.
